Dr. Zhenjia Wang is an Assistant professor of Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Washington State University, United States. He completed his Ph.D. in Changchun Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Changchun, China. He received many awards and honors. His recent award is NIH Career Development Award. He has done many researches among one of them is to understand the molecular mechanisms regulating the interactions between therapeutic nanoparticles and targeted tissues using a wide range of tools, such as pharmacological approaches and biomedical imaging.

Research Interests:

Single Molecule Spectroscopy, Nanoparticle-based Drug Delivery, Biophotonics and Biophysical Chemistry, Nanomaterials, Bio-sensing, Super-resolution and Multi-color Fluorescence Confocal Microscopy, In vivo imaging (intravital microscopy and whole animal imaging), Inflammatory Diseases, Acute Lung Injury, Cancer Immunotherapy.
